BOOK A CONSULTATION
Once we receive your inquiry, we will write back to you asap -usually within a few hours. We’ll let you know if we have availability on your date. If so, the next step would be to book a consultation where we will chat all about your wedding.
These are informal chats where we’ll get to know each other a bit and we can help answer all of your wedding photography questions.

Secure the Date
deposit & Contract
This is where we take care of all the business stuff, which is basically just the signed digital contract and 25% deposit.
After receiving both the deposit and contract, your wedding is officially on our calendar! This is where the fun begins and we can start the planning process.
We’ll help you to develop an efficient photo timeline so that you can spend your wedding day with the people who matter most.

The Big Day
It’s gonna be awesome
This is where all the fun happens! We’ll be capturing all of the happiness from beginning to end and will also be your go to helper, tagging along to help out with anything you need.
Oh, and we’ll be smiling the whole time!

Your Pictures

You’ve seen all the iPhone pics from friends, but we know you’re looking forward to seeing some of your professional photos!
This is why we prioritize getting couples their pictures ASAP. You can expect to see sneak peeks within a few days of your wedding. If social media isn’t your thing, we’ll email them to you.
Let’s face it, you’re excited to see your pictures. That’s why we strive to deliver the full gallery of your images within a 3-5 weeks from the date of your wedding. You’ll get a download link and will have access to all the images in an online gallery for one year .

Once we receive your inquiry, either Katie or Max will write back to you asap (usually within a few hours) to let you know if we have availability on your date. If so, then we’ll hop on a video call to chat all about your wedding.

If everything is a go, then the next step is a 25% deposit and a signed contract. We do this all digitally and it’s super easy. Once all the business stuff is out of the way, then we dive into planning mode!
